Responsibilities

• Monitor fire and burglar alarm panels from a centralized office to detect and respond to alerts.
• Notify municipal dispatch (police, fire, EMS) as appropriate.
• Contact customers regarding signals, including trouble alerts and alarms, ensuring prompt communication.
• Handle incoming customer calls and route as needed.
• Monitor remote monitoring services and follow alarm protocols, including notifying designated contacts.
• Input and manage data related to alarms and customer accounts.
