Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support all aspects of daily center operations while driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service. You will lead a team, model guest-focused interactions, and ensure a warm, memorable experience for every guest.

You’ll train and coach Associates and Estheticians, oversee loss prevention, scheduling, and center cleanliness, and help organize outreach and marketing events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Effective communication skills in guest relations and coaching.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented.
• Ability to evaluate issues, establish priorities and pivot direction when necessary.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
