Qualifications

• 5+ years of management in a professional environment.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain staffing records and master schedule within budgeted hours.
• Support HR, operations, and clinical departments.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
