Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, and HR coordination in their Middlesex, NJ center. The role supports clinical and administrative functions, ensuring effective scheduling and service delivery to clients.

The manager will supervise staff, manage case assignments, and maintain accurate records, working closely with HR and the Clinical department to optimize operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management, preferred.
• Experience in operations management or related field is desirable.

• Manage day-to-day center operations and staffing.
