Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Middlesex, NJ is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, recruitment, scheduling, and client services. This role supports HR, operations, and clinical departments, acting as the liaison between administrative and clinical staff and ensuring accurate records while maintaining the master schedule.

• Experience in administrative operations and staff management.
• Knowledge of scheduling, HR processes, and customer service.
