Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years work in event management, marketing, retail, customer service, recreation facility or related role.
• Relevant experience in a non-profit, military, multicultural and/or global organization preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day Center operational procedures, ensuring a cost‑effective, safe, welcoming and clean environment.
• Engage with Center visitors and manage amenities, tours, programs and services; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain budget, monitor inventory, handle cash, and provide data for reports.
• Create and maintain SOPs for local operations and Center activities.
• Plan, oversee, and execute programs, events, and activities; coordinate resources.
• Assist with communications for events, social media, and local media in line with guidelines.
• Support planning and evaluation of new and existing USO programs and events.
• Develop relationships with military, community leaders, partners and donors to support program delivery.
• Coordinate volunteers, manage shift openings, and generate volunteer reports.
