Mindcolor Autism LLC is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily ABA center operations. You will create and maintain staff and client schedules, balance coverage with learner needs, and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

The role partners with the Center Director and BCBAs on administrative tasks and onboarding. You will coordinate facilities, supplies, and safety, assist with IT troubleshooting, and foster a welcoming, professional environment for caregivers, staff, and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in ABA or healthcare admin.
• Experience with EMR, HCM, and scheduling software.
• ABA scheduling or RBT experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain ongoing schedules for staff and clients.
• Adjust schedules in relevant systems to account for coverage and needs.
• Balance scheduling needs with learner and caregiver availability.
• Adhere to laws and company policies on meal/rest breaks.
• Coordinate with CD/BCBAs on administrative tasks for team members.
• Assist IT, monitor RBT note completion, and support onboarding.
