Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling and operations management in a healthcare/therapy setting preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality practices required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and staffing for the center.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and service delivery with clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate records and master schedule aligned with insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments; act as liaison between admin and clinical staff.
