Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the administrative side of our Bridgeport Center. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate staffing, and support HR, Operations, and Clinical teams while ensuring excellent client service.

The role requires scheduling expertise, confidentiality, and strong communication with families and staff. Travel to nearby offices may be required, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center administrative side.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; manage case staffing and records.
• Coordinate master schedule and staffing per insurer-approved hours.
• Recruit, schedule, and provide customer service to clients and families.
