Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Autism Therapy Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, scheduling, HR coordination, and administrative tasks. The role supports the program, HR, operations, and clinical departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

The candidate will coordinate staffing relative to budgeted hours, maintain accurate records, and liaise between administrative and clinical staff while handling case assignments and staff availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in day-to-day center operations including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
• Recruitment, reporting, and maintaining master schedule to meet insurer-approved hours.
