Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc seeks a Center Operations Manager in Springfield, MA to lead center operations and ensure efficient delivery of therapeutic services for children with autism.

The role involves recruitment, scheduling, reporting, and coordinating HR, operations, and clinical functions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring staff availability within budgeted hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of management in a professional environment.
• 5–7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations including staff and services management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, reporting and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate staffing and service delivery records for each case and support master scheduling within budgeted hours per client.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff and manage case assignments and staff availability.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
