Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office organization and supplies.
• Answer phones and support front-office tasks.
• Manage scheduling and calendars for staff and rooms.
• Support onboarding and orientation materials for new employees.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners.
• Handle client referrals, intakes, discharges, and paperwork.
• Maintain EMR systems and staff devices.
• Approve payroll-related items like PTO and timesheets.
• Assist with budgeting and billable hours with Operations leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
