Job summary

The Children's Cabinet in Reno, NV seeks a Program Operations Manager to strengthen operational effectiveness, consistency, and accountability across programs. Reporting to the Chief Programs Officer, you will work with program leaders and administrative teams to ensure systems, processes, and data meet funder expectations.

You will conduct structured reviews of grants, SOWs, budgets, and outcomes; identify gaps; and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Nonprofit Management, Social Services, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program operations, nonprofit administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen operational effectiveness, consistency, and accountability of programs.
• Support program budget reviews, financial planning, including budget-to-actual monitoring.
• Develop and maintain operational tools and SOPs for program leadership.
• Coordinate with Finance, Grants, Data & Evaluation, HR, IT, and other admin functions to address program needs.
• Assist with program handbooks, SOPs, and documentation alignment with funder requirements.
