Job summary

NSPC seeks a Center Manager to lead daily operations across assigned office locations, ensuring efficient clinical and administrative workflows. You will supervise staff, support providers, and maintain compliant, high-quality patient services.

Responsibilities include leading EMR/PM tasks, managing patient records, coordinating schedules, and overseeing budgeting with regional leadership. Travel across centers may be required; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of private medical office management and supervision experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or other related field preferred.
• Two years of experience operating a licensed and accredited ambulatory surgery center (ASC) if region allows.

Responsibilities

• Provide active leadership over and ensure accurate completion of daily center administrative and clinical staff functions.
• Guarantee accurate completion of EMR/Practice Management tasks and ensure timely distribution of faxes and reports.
• Schedule patient records and ensure demographic/insurance data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Verify documentation such as deductibles, co-pays, balances, referrals and pre-certifications.
• Serve as onsite escalation point for patients, providers and staff; coordinate with HR for employee relations.
• Manage center budgeting, cost drivers, and monthly budget reviews with leadership.
