Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a CARD center. You will manage billing, scheduling, staff onboarding, and ensure financial health while upholding CARD standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of management experience, a minimum high school diploma, and strong HIPAA compliance and leadership skills. This role requires flexibility with hours and travel as needed to support the center and families

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, administration or management preferred.
• A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in management required.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
• Schedule all clients and staff to ensure the fulfillment of contracted hours.
• Maintain KPI tracking and client/patient satisfaction.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
