Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee center operations, staff management, and service delivery for children with autism. You will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, administrative tasks, and reporting to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

The role partners with HR, clinical, and operations teams, maintaining records and facilitating communication with families and insurers. Full-time, on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a professional setting, preferably health services.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5–7 years managing and developing staff preferred.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff/services management.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and customer service efforts.
• Handle reporting, records, and master scheduling within budgeted hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; be primary liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Adapt duties to meet company needs and drive operational efficiency.
