Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Recruit, schedule, and coordinate services.
• Provide customer service and reporting.
• Maintain accurate staffing and client records.
• Manage master schedule and insurer staffing requirements.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments.
• Serve as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
• Assign cases and track staff availability.
