Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring an Operations Manager to lead a center and drive performance. You will oversee KPIs, budgets, safety, staffing, and compliance while supporting clinicians delivering ABA therapy to autistic children.

You'll mentor 25–50 teammates, collaborate with Clinical Directors and regional leaders, and focus on delivering high-quality care, staff development, and family education from onboarding onward.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience managing large multi-site teams.
• Ability to manage center budgets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Excellent communication across departments and families.
• Experience in healthcare or ABA-like settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and financials; manage center budget and performance.
• Lead and mentor 25–50 teammates delivering clinical care.
