Concentra is seeking a highly capable Float Center Operation Manager to lead patient care workflows and staff at its WA centers. You will supervise center staff, optimize patient registration and throughput, and partner with clinicians to deliver exceptional care and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations leadership, healthcare or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and staff to ensure high standards.
