Concentra, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Center Operations Director to support the Center Operation Director in delivering top-tier patient care and service. You will help lead center staff, manage daily operations, and ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery across the center.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration with human resources to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced center environment.

Formación

• Some college coursework in admin or healthcare management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Ability to balance education and practical management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign duties.
• Support financial performance and budget planning for the center.
• Help develop policies, procedures and training for the center.
• Assist with hiring, training and evaluating center staff in HR coordination.
• Support Center Operations Director with HR policy implementation.
• Prepare operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with center staffing and on-site personnel management.
• Support on-site nursing services and client billing counseling where needed.

In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience and vice versa
