Job summary

Concentra, Inc seeks a Center Operations Director in Greer, SC to lead the center’s daily operations, staff, and patient care delivery. You will manage patient flow, scheduling, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while driving service excellence and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clinicians, and maintaining high patient satisfaction through effective process improvements and staff development.

Qualifications

• At least three or more years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and service mindset; ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation, ensuring exceptional experience and staff accountability.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership to ensure efficient support and patient experience.
• Maintain center initiatives, workflows, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor key metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
