Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director (COD) to lead the center's daily operations, patient flow, and staff performance in Los Angeles. You will oversee patient registration, care coordination, and service delivery while partnering with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The COD will manage center staff, optimize patient experiences, and monitor metrics like NPER and TAT, driving continuous improvement and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; some college courses may be acceptable with relevant experience
• In lieu of higher education, 1 year of college equals 1 year of work experience
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on patient facilitation and ensure exceptional patient experience
• Support clinicians to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient support
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers and respond within 24 hours
• Drive center initiatives to improve patient care and operations metrics
