Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead a busy medical facility, ensuring excellent patient care and service levels. You will oversee registration, clinical coordination, and daily operations while driving performance across key metrics and staff development.

The role requires strong leadership in a healthcare setting, with focus on patient experience, regulatory compliance, and process improvements to support clinicians and center staff in delivering high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage center operations to ensure optimal care and customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Monitor key metrics (NPER, TAT, visits, net revenue) and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient care and staff competency.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Foster a professional, collaborative environment and promote teamwork and safety.
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers, responding within 24 hours.
