Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Medical Center Director in Centennial, CO to lead center operations and patient care. You will supervise staff, optimize patient flow, and ensure delivery of high-quality service, while coordinating with clinicians and leadership to meet performance targets.

Responsibilities include managing operational metrics, shaping staff development, and maintaining regulatory compliance, with a focus on exceptional patient experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required or preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and staff to ensure top-notch service and care.
• Manage patient flow and experience, coordinating with clinicians and clerical staff.
• Monitor metrics (TAT, NPER, Pearl C4) and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate Center Leadership Team meetings and ongoing development initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards throughout the center.
• Develop staffing plans and succession strategies to optimize patient care.
• Foster relationships with clients and payers; respond within 24 hours.
• Drive center initiatives and timely communication across the team.
• Maintain accountability for financial drivers and center performance.
