Job summary

Concentra seeks an Assistant Center Operations Director to help lead a healthcare center and ensure top-tier patient care and customer service. You will assist the Center Operation Director with staff management, budgets, and process improvements while supporting daily patient flow and center activities.

You will engage in scheduling, training, HR liaison, and operational reporting, maintaining HIPAA compliance and a professional, customer-focused environment for patients and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Some college courses in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent directly related work experience preferred.
• In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of directly related work experience and vice versa.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assign colleagues to duties.
• Assist in ensuring the financial performance of the center.
• Help develop and maintain policies, procedures and training programs for the center.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating center operations staff in consultation with HR.
• Support hiring, training, disciplining and terminating back office personnel with Center Operation Director.
• Review operational reports and schedules for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support HR policies and procedures for center personnel implementation.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets.
• Coordinate on-site tours and training to present clinic services to clients.
• Provide technical support and resources to clients and center personnel.
