You will drive safety, process improvements, and CAPA implementation across multiple departments. You will collaborate on scheduling, staff development, and alignment of operational goals with business needs while maintaining a positive donor experience and

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience leading teams in a production or operations setting is preferred.
• Ability to implement corrective actions and improve process performance must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a thorough understanding of and ensures operation compliance with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assists in hosting internal and external inspections by regulatory agencies and customers.
• Collaborates on quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Partners with departments to implement CAPAs to address issues.
• Oversees prevention maintenance of donor center equipment to ensure reliability.
• Prepares product shipments and ensures SOP compliance.
• Aims to achieve targeted production while optimizing costs and inventory management.
• Provides feedback for employee performance evaluations and development plans.
• Participates in hiring, promotions, and other personnel actions.
