Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years of management experience in professional settings, preferably healthcare or related operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff scheduling.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and staff assignments per client budget and insurer requirements.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical teams and communicate with management.
