Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Center Operations Director in North Las Vegas to lead center operations, staff, and patient care delivery. You’ll oversee patient flow, scheduling, and daily facility management while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians, staff development, and achieving key performance metrics to support the center’s business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• At least three years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation, ensuring exceptional experience.
• Collaborate with clinicians to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient support.
• Create a professional, collaborative work environment promoting teamwork and safety.
• Monitor and improve center metrics such as TAT, Net Revenue, and patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Prepare materials for Center Leadership Team meetings to improve quality.
• Develop staff through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development.
