Concentra, Inc. in Bartow, FL, seeks a Center Operations Director to lead daily clinic operations, manage center staff, and ensure top patient care and service.

The COD collaborates with clinicians, oversees patient flow, coordinates scheduling, and drives quality, safety and business performance.

This full-time role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, compliance, and staff development in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Some college courses from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience.
• In lieu of higher education, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time performing patient facilitation, ensuring exceptional experience and staff accountability.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes and case closure.
• Work with clinicians to support staff competency regarding all patient care needs.
• Create a professional, collaborative environment promoting teamwork, quality and patient safety.
• Manage center operations metrics and accountability on Turn Around Time (TAT), Net Patient Experience Rating (NPER), Pearl C4 and other metrics.
