Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead a pediatric interdisciplinary clinic and own the center's performance, team, and family experience. This is a high-impact leadership role with real responsibility beyond back-office tasks.

You will partner with clinicians, drive growth and quality, manage scheduling, staffing, billing workflows, and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3+ years of managing strong operations and teams.
• Experience leading 8–10+ staff in a center/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center as the operational owner, achieving forecasted goals (budget, utilization, efficiency).
• Drive scheduling, staffing, billing, cleanliness, and parent communication.
• Partner with market/regional leadership to identify opportunities and improve center operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate local staff and support clinical excellence with leadership.
