Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Washington, DC, is seeking a Center Operations Director to run a high-performing clinic, lead a multidisciplinary team, and shape growth and family experience. This leadership role requires ownership of non-clinical operations and collaboration with clinicians to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will manage staff, oversee scheduling, billing, and parent communication, and drive center performance against forecasted goals while supporting mission-driven patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3+ years of managing strong operations.
• Experience leading high-performing teams of 8-10+ people.

Responsibilities

• Running a high-performing center with accountability for budget, utilization, and efficiency.
• Creating an exceptional family experience with strong caregiver engagement and clear communication.
• Leading and developing local staff, coaching and motivating the team.
• Partnering with clinicians and leadership to support clinical excellence and retention.
