Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Rockville, MD, is hiring a Center Operations Director to lead a high‑performing center, manage clinicians and staff, and drive growth and family satisfaction. You will own the center’s operations, partner with regional leaders, and shape the client experience daily.

The role requires 2–3+ years of operations leadership and prior people management of 8–10+ team members, with a focus on performance, accountability, and mission alignment.

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience, leading high‑performing teams of 8-10 or more.
• Require 2-3+ years of managing strong operations

Responsibilities

• Run a high‑performing center and own performance against forecasted goals including budget, utilization, and efficiency.
• Drive operating systems: scheduling, staffing, billing efficiency, cleanliness, parent communication, etc.
• Partner with market and regional leadership to identify opportunities and improve how the center runs
• Lead with calm, clarity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Own all parts of the non‑clinical experience for caregivers and ensure clear, timely communication
• Drive attendance, engagement, and client satisfaction (NPS) and onboarding for new families
• Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to clients and teammates
• Coach, develop, and motivate a team and support clinical excellence with the lead clinician
