Soar Autism Center is seeking a Center Operations Director for the Baltimore Metro Area to lead a high‑performing center, manage a team of clinicians and staff, and partner with regional leaders to drive growth and family satisfaction. This is a true leadership role with accountability for operations, client experience, and performance metrics.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year with an annual bonus potential up to $32,000, plus an opportunity to advance into multi‑site

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience, leading high‑performing teams of 8‑10 or more people.
• Require 2‑3+ years of managing strong operations.
