Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an Operations Director to lead the center's operations, shape team culture, and ensure  high‑quality family experiences. You will oversee scheduling for Behavior Technicians, coordinate assessments, manage staffing, and partner with Clinical Leadership to drive outcomes and growth.

The role includes training, compliance, budget oversight, and ensuring safe, efficient center operations with a focus on retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an applicable field.
• 2-5 years of operations management or sales experience with prior management.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage schedules for Behavior Technicians and client assessments.
• Oversee training, compliance, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate payroll, billing, and financial processes.
• Maintain center facilities, safety, and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leadership to drive growth and service delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑department handoffs and IT issues for smooth operations.
• Lead community outreach and client/Technician retention initiatives.
