Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Rockville, MD is seeking a Center Operations Director (COD) to lead a busy interdisciplinary clinic. You will own center performance, manage a team of clinicians and staff, and partner with executives to drive growth, quality, and family experience.

You’ll shape operations, improve scheduling, staffing, and patient onboarding, and develop leaders. This role offers rapid learning, strong accountability, mentoring from senior leaders, and a clear path to regional leadership

Qualifications

• Must have prior people management experience with teams of 8-10+ people.
• Minimum 2-3+ years of managing strong operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including budget, scheduling, staffing, and billing efficiency.
• Partner with clinicians and leadership to drive growth and family experience.
• Lead and develop local staff; coach and retain talent.
• Ensure exceptional client and family onboarding and communication.
• Maintain front desk operations and foster a welcoming environment.
• Escalate and resolve center-level issues.
