Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead a busy clinic, manage a team of clinicians and staff, and partner with leaders to drive growth, quality, and a positive family experience.

You will own center performance against forecast, oversee scheduling, staffing, billing efficiency, and front-desk operations, while developing people and ensuring exceptional service for families navigating diagnostics and transitions.

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience, leading high-performing teams of 8-10 or more people.
• Require 2-3+ years of managing strong operations.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance against forecasted goals including budget, utilization and efficiency.
• Execute scheduling, staffing, billing efficiency, cleanliness, and parent communication.
• Partner with market and regional leadership to identify opportunities and improve center operations.
• Lead with calm, clarity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Own non-clinical family experience and ensure clear communication with caregivers.
• Develop and coach local staff, including clinicians and support teams.
• Collaborate with the lead clinician to support clinical excellence, morale, and retention.
