You will develop and coach a local team, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive operational excellence as Soar expands to multi-site leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience, leading high-performing teams of 8-10 or more people.
• Require 2-3+ years of managing strong operations.

Responsibilities

• Run the center as the operational leader, owning performance against goals and budget.
• Drive execution of scheduling, staffing, billing, and facility standards.
• Lead with professionalism and collaborate with clinicians to improve growth, quality, and family experience.
