Job summary

Soar Autism Center in University Park is seeking a Center Operations Director to own a high-performing center, lead a diverse team of clinicians and staff, and partner with leaders to drive growth, quality care, and a positive family experience.

You’ll manage forecasted goals, scheduling, staffing, and front-line operations while delivering an exceptional caregiver journey and smooth onboarding for new families. This role offers a formative leadership path within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Require previous people management experience, leading high‑performing teams of 8–10 or more people.
• Require 2–3+ years of managing strong operations.

Responsibilities

• Run a center and own performance against forecasted goals, including budget, utilization, and efficiency.
• Drive execution of operating systems: scheduling, staffing, billing efficiency, cleanliness, and parent communication.
• Partner with market and regional leadership to identify opportunities and continuously improve center operations.
• Lead with calm, clarity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Own all non-clinical caregiver experiences and ensure clear, timely communication with families.
• Drive attendance, engagement, and client satisfaction (NPS).
• Coach and develop center staff, including clinicians and support teams.
• Support clinical excellence and staff morale in collaboration with the lead clinician.
