Job summary

Circle City ABA in Lafayette, IN, seeks a Center Operations Director to oversee day-to-day center operations, administrative functions, and safety. You will coordinate onboarding, hiring of RBTs and technicians, and supervise staff training to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services.

You will also manage payroll, file maintenance, parent communications, and marketing content updates while ensuring efficient center scheduling and clean, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in an applicable social services field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures day-to-day operation of Circle City ABA Center-based services, including administrative support, participant safety, and inquiry support.
• Provide administrative human resources support for onboarding; hiring of RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Responsible for facilitating center employee training.
• Provide administrative HR support for employee performance and corrective action plans.
• Review payroll and maintain electronic files in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Attend parent meetings to maximize authorized hours and discuss financial options.
• Provide website updates and content to Marketing; ensure scheduling and center staffing efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment, address building/safety codes and coordinate vendor activities.
• Assist in client enrollment and keep center tour readiness; ensure productivity and office efficiency.
• Perform non-clinical opening/closing duties and manage supplies for the center.
