Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead the Metuchen center, oversee daily operations, and drive strategic growth in ABA services for children and families. You will partner with clinical leaders, manage administrative teams, and optimize performance metrics to improve quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, 2–4 years of management experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Therapy and compassionate understanding of autistic children.
• 2–4 years direct people management experience in a Manager or Director role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to build relationships with management, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate center growth by managing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access by cultivating relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other referral sources.
• Manage relationships and daily activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for families with weekly family meetings.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee Authorization Management and Billing for accurate reimbursements.
• Motivate staff through evaluations and goal setting.
