Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Crestview, FL is seeking a Center Operations Director to oversee daily operations and guide strategic growth in our ABA services for children and families. You will partner with senior clinical leaders, manage administrative teams, and track key metrics to elevate quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

This non-clinical leadership role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, generous paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to develop staff and expand access

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a center or director-level role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Experience in ABA or behavioral health environments is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with management, staff, clients and community.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial growth by overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access by cultivating relationships with schools and health systems.
• Manage relationships of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Ensure onboarding through weekly family meetings and building parental confidence.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee authorizations management and billing to ensure reimbursements.
• Motivate staff via evaluations and progress toward objectives.
