Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks a full-time Center Supervisor to manage daily operations and provide direct ABA therapy as an RBT. You will assist in RBT coverage, training families, data collection, and ensuring center safety and smooth scheduling.

Qualifications

Must hold active BACB RBT certification.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of ABA methodology and experience.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
High-level problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy 60% of weekly hours.
Provide coverage as needed for one-on-one ABA therapy.
Assist in data collection to monitor progress and report results.
Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
Handle admin duties up to 40% of weekly hours; open/close center and manage scheduling.
