Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in North Brunswick, NJ, seeks a Center Operations Director to lead daily operations and drive strategic growth for our ABA services. This non-clinical leadership role partners with senior clinical leaders to elevate quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in leading teams, communicating effectively, and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role.
• Experience with ABA Therapy preferred; understanding of autism services helpful.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong leadership and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial growth and effectiveness of the center by managing day-to-day operations.
• Expand access to Proud Moments ABA services by building relationships with schools, physicians, and health systems.
• Oversee administration and relationships of clinicians and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for families through regular family meetings and team coordination.
• Advocate for families by resolving issues promptly and compassionately.
• Oversee insurance reimbursement and billing processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Motivate staff with regular evaluations, goal setting, and progress tracking.
