Job summary

The USO is seeking a Center Operations Manager to oversee one or more USO Centers at Camp Pendleton, CA. You will manage programs, events and staff, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained environment for visitors and the military community.

You will lead planning and delivery of services on and off installations, develop new programs, supervise volunteers, and coordinate with partners to enhance support and funding. Resume and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years operations or events experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee USO Center operations, programs and events.
• Manage staff and volunteers.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and EPP.
• Coordinate with partners and donors.
• Prepare budgets and reports.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality.
