Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA is seeking an Operations Manager/Practice Manager to join our Princeton-area clinic. The role covers day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, recruitment, customer service, reporting, and general administration in support of the Center's operations.

The incumbent will maintain accurate staffing records, assist in creating and managing a master schedule, and coordinate with HR, Operations, and Clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, staff scheduling and personnel management.
• Ability to manage customer acquisition and maintain professional conduct.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and reporting skills.

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
