Job summary

Responsibilities include field and people leadership, maintaining sales standards, front desk protocol, reservations, and wax pass conversions.

Qualifications

• One year of related and applicable supervisory or leadership experience in a sales driver role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Full proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated results oriented leadership.
• Self-motivated and process focused.

Responsibilities

• Field and People Leadership and supervision of staff.
• Maintain Wax Pass sales targets (15% in non-promo, 25% in promo months).
• Manage front desk protocols, guest check-ins, and reservations accuracy.
• Coach team to improve performance; ensure lobby, wax suites, and restrooms meet brand standards.
• Oversee daily operations in the absence of Center Manager; communicate direction and monitor KPIs.
