Job summary

European Wax Center is looking for an Assistant Center Manager to support all aspects of daily center operations while focusing on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, train and coach Associates, and organize outreach events to drive guest engagement.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
Strong communication skills in guest relations and coaching.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and foster outstanding guest experiences.
Sell Wax Passes and supervise center operations.
Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
Oversee loss prevention, expenses, and center cleanliness.
Organize outreach and marketing events.
Provide training and motivation to the team.
Implement systems to support high performance.
