Responsibilities

Maintain corporate sales standards in Wax Pass sales, achieving at least 15% in a non‑promo month and 25% in a promo month.
Diffuse most customer service scenarios before they reach center management through professionalism, education, and communication with guests.
Assist the manager in ensuring the schedule has proper room assignment and that rooms are clean two months in advance.
Maintain a professional, clean, fully stocked, and organized lobby, hallway, and restroom that meets brand standards at all times.
Lead by example by providing excellent customer service to Wax Pass holders and guests, following all front‑desk protocols and new‑guest check‑in protocols, educating non‑Wax Pass holders on savings plans, and accurately scheduling, changing, or cancelling reservations while maintaining wax pass conversion and pre‑book standards.
Manage day‑to‑day operations of the center in the absence of the Center Manager.
Train and role‑model Artemis Wax and brand standards and protocols as set by European Wax Center.
Communicate effectively and set direction with the Center Team, monitor performance, and provide recognition and feedback.
Assist the team in ensuring the center is professional, clean, fully stocked, and organized, including lobby, public spaces, wax suites, and restrooms.
