European Wax Center in Baltimore is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Center Manager by delivering exceptional guest service, leading a front desk team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, manage scheduling, uphold brand standards, and maintain a clean, organized lobby and treatment areas while handling reservations and wax pass programs.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated results-oriented leadership.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach staff and manage front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk protocols, check-in procedures, and guest communications.
• Coach the team, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans.
• Manage scheduling, room assignments, and inventory to maintain brand standards.
• Oversee reservations, EFT processes, and wax pass conversions.
• Ensure a clean, organized lobby, public spaces, and restrooms.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle escalations professionally.
