Responsibilities

• Field and people leadership to support Center Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, room assignment, and ensuring clean rooms two months out.
• Maintain a professional, clean, well-stocked lobby, hallway, and restrooms in line with brand standards.
• Lead by example with front desk protocols, guest check-ins, wax pass education, and reservations management.
• Monitor Center KPI’s, coach staff, and create action plans to improve performance.
• Oversee center operations, payroll, ordering, and compliance.
• Review reservation book for accuracy and address scheduling errors promptly.
• Support EFT processing and related management tasks.
